Embark on a captivating journey from Essendilene towards Djanet, traversing several picturesque valleys alongside our caravan of camels. The scenery is nothing short of extraordinary. Prepare to be mesmerized by the ever-changing landscapes, from dunes to various rock formations emerging from the sand.

Your itinerary

The journey, step by step.

From your first welcome to your last camp, discover the rhythm of your journey.

Day 1

Arrival at Djanet airport, welcome by the Tuareg driver and guide team, and transfer to the camping site (Tisras) to meet the camel drivers and their camels.

Day 2

Departure with the camel caravan, lunch at Titlamin. Cross the Titlamin plateau. Bivouac at Hamilak.

Day 3

Crossing Hamilak, lunch on the plateau (In Mouraudan). Traverse Wadi Assassou. Bivouac at Talafazou.

Day 4

Crossing dunes, lunch at Tilalen, then visit. Bivouac for sunset at Tilalen.

Day 5

Dune crossing, visit cave paintings, breakfast at Tikoubaouene, then visit Tikoubaouene Arches. Bivouac at Tissit Neigrar.

Day 6

Visit gueltas and canyons of Toueya, breakfast at Ioialalat. Visit cave paintings. Bivouac at Ioialalat.

Day 7

Visit Tadat Naildez, lunch in canyons (Talat Inzaye). Bivouac at Essendilène.

Day 8

Visit gueltas and canyons at Essendilène. Transfer by 4X4 to Djanet. Take a shower, then explore the city. Transfer by 4X4. Visit the etching of the "Weeping Cow." Bivouac at Tirarrart. Later, head to the airport for the return flight An expedition that promises an immersive experience amidst stunning landscapes and cultural richness.
